How do I scan a receipt?

Add a clear photo or paste the receipt text, then pay the small fee in MiniPay. Your organized receipt appears right after the payment is confirmed, together with its proof links.

How much does GawainYah cost?

Each receipt costs a small one-time MiniPay fee (currently 0.05 USDC). You pay once per receipt — there is no subscription, and you are only charged when you submit a payment.

Why do I pay before the receipt is organized?

Your payment is confirmed on Celo first, so every receipt record is tied to a real, verified payment. If processing fails after you pay, you can retry without paying again.

Which networks and tokens work?

GawainYah runs on Celo and takes MiniPay stablecoins like USDC. The app tells you before you pay if your wallet is on a different Celo network.

Is my receipt stored on the blockchain?

No. Only a small fingerprint of the organized result is saved on Celo as proof. The receipt photo and text never leave the app.

Do I need an account or sign-up?

No. GawainYah works through your MiniPay wallet — there is no separate account, email, or password. Open it in MiniPay and pay per receipt.

What is the Celo proof receipt?

After your receipt is organized, a small fingerprint (hash) of the result is recorded on the Celo blockchain, giving you a verifiable, tamper-evident reference without exposing the receipt contents.
