Terms of Service
GawainYah helps MiniPay users turn receipt input into structured expense data after a stablecoin task payment. Use the app only for receipts you are allowed to process.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding agreement and be old enough to do so where you live, and you must use MiniPay in line with its own terms. Only submit receipts you are allowed to process.
Payments
Task payments are submitted through MiniPay on Celo. Blockchain transactions are public, final after confirmation, and may not be reversible by GawainYah.
Receipt Output
Receipt extraction can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review totals, dates, merchants, and categories before using the result for records, taxes, reimbursement, or accounting.
Not Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice
GawainYah is a software tool, not a financial, tax, accounting, or legal adviser. Results are generated automatically and may be incomplete or incorrect. Verify every figure before relying on it for records, taxes, reimbursement, or any decision.
Onchain Records Are Permanent
Payments and proof receipts are recorded on the public Celo blockchain. Once confirmed, they are public, permanent, and cannot be edited, reversed, or deleted by GawainYah.
No Warranty and Limited Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, GawainYah is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and any liability is limited to the task fee you paid for the affected task. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Availability
The service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance, deployment, MiniPay review, wallet issues, network congestion, or third-party provider outages.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms follow the laws that apply at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply. Please contact support to resolve any issue before taking further action.

Contact support for payment, receipt, or proof-recording issues. Include the payment transaction hash when available.
