Common questions
My MiniPay payment went through but the receipt did not appear. What should I do?
Your payment is confirmed on Celo before processing, so you are not charged again. Reopen the app and use Retry processing, or contact support with your payment transaction hash.
Can I get a refund for a receipt that failed to process?
Celo payments are public and final and may not be reversible by GawainYah. If processing failed after payment, retry processing at no extra charge first, then contact support if it still does not complete.
How do I prove a receipt was processed?
Each organized receipt includes a verification code, plus a Celo proof link when proof recording is configured. Keep these together with your MiniPay payment link.
What should I include in a support request?
Include your wallet address and the payment transaction hash, plus the verification code from your receipt record when available.
